The traditional spaghetti dinner will be held at the pool the evening before championships.  This is a swimmers and coaches only event, although food donations are necessary.  here is the email with the details:

The pre-Championships swimmers/coaches spaghetti dinner will be Wednesday
July 14th from 5:30 to 6:30 at the pool.

Parents should plan on dropping their kids at the pool around 5:20 PM and
picking up at 6:30.

Same as last year we are requesting spaghetti chefs to provide food for the
kids spaghetti dinner.

We expect about 120 kids.

Here is what we need:

1. 12 volunteer families to each bring enough spaghetti and sauce to feed
ten kids (assume you are feeding ten 9-yr olds). Half the families bring
sauce w/ meat and the other half w/o.

2. 6 volunteer families to bring bread to feed twenty 9 yr-olds.

3. Swim team will provide ice cream, drinks, and plates etc.

Please respond to this email if you can  provide food.
